GV II

House. C17, partly rebuilt 1?32, with some mid-C20 repairs. Timber-frame
with painted brick infill extended in painted rubble under an artificial
slate roof. Gable-end stack to north end. South-west front of two storeys
with a band to ground floor. Two 3-light casements to left over two boxed
16-pane sashes. Entrance to right has a segmental corrugated iron canopy,
a plain wooden architrave and a ledged and boarded door. Datestone between
two windows on first floor inscribed:

"Richard )
Green
Margaret)
1732"

Framing: two square panels high on first floor, the gable-end truss has
four struts to the collar and trenched purlins.
