13/24 Yew Tree Cottage

GV II

Cottage. C18 extended C2O possibly with earlier core. Colourwashed brick,
thatched roof. 1½ storey, 2 bay, C18 cottage with slightly later single storey
bay and outshot added to right all on rendered plinth. To left 2 bays added C20.
Door in left C18 bay with flat hood to right 2-light casements with 2 smaller ones
in right bays. 2 2-light casements in eyebrow dormers above original bays. To
left on lower level, 2 2-light casements with 2-light casement in eyebrow dormer
at left end. Roof hipped and swept dour to right. Ridge stack between original
bays. Included for group value.
