House. Cl7 Timber-frame, with considerable C18 changes, and early C19 extension.
Walls of painted brickwork, some tile-hanging and small exposure of the frame.
The original building was reclad and renovated with C18 features, with rear
addition (with double-hipped roof) and in the early C19 given another rear
extension (of greater height). North-east front elevation of two storeys three
windows. C18 leaded casements. Doorway with open pediment on carved brackets,
with a plain frame containing a 6-panelled (2 top glazed) door. The later wing
has early C19 sashes and there is a rear doorway with hood on brackets and 6-
panelled door. Inside, there is a fine C18 staircase, doors in architraves, and
a fireplace.
