C18 mid. 2 storeys and attic. Brick minted with low parapet amd moulded
string under. 5 windows. Sashes with glazing bars. 5 dormers. Doorway
engaged Doric columns with own pediment and fanlight. Six-panel door
in the panelled reveals. Modern tiled mansard roof.
All the listed buildinas on the east side of Southgate Street form a group.
