House and shop. C18, refronted early C19. Stucco, with a tile roof. 2
storeys, 1 window. Coping stone to parapet, and a moulded band supported
on coupled deep-scroll brackets. French casements to the 1st floor, small
flat-roofed dormer. C19 shop front, being a shallow rectangular bay of 4-
lights, with a moulded cornice continued above the doorway on deep orna-
mental brackets, ½-glazed door.
