5/13 Yew Tree Cottage


Cottage. C16, C18, remodelled C20. Timber-frame encased in brick, roof
thatched with tiled dormer. 1½ storey, 3 bay, outshot to right. Planked door
to left of centre, under timber bracketed flat roof porch. Either side C20
3-light steel window and another near right end. C20 hipped dormer with 2-light
casement. Roof has decorated ridge piece and swept down hip at right. Large
ridge stack over inner right bay and external projecting stack at left end.
