Circa 1840. 3 storeys and basement now pebble dashed. Stone coping with wide
moulded eaves cornice. 6 sashes in moulded stone architraves. The 1st floor
has a cast iron balcony. The ground has 3 3-light canted bays. Simple doorcase
with plain pilasters, steps to street and spear railings.
