House

House. C16 to centre, extended to left in late C19 and further extended to right
in 1960's. Timber framed to centre with whitewashed brick and some render
infilling, C19 imitation timber frame extensions to left. Plain tiled roofs with
tile hung gable to right. Originally rectangular three bay cottage with
extensions now forming H-shaped plan. Two storeys with very large corbelled
multiple stack to right. Two 3-light and 2 single-light diamond-pane casement
windows to the first floor, three windows below. Ribbed door to left of centre
in hip-roofed porch. Taller gabled wing to left with front stack and smaller
stack in re-entrant angle, smaller gable to right end with two windows on the
first floor and one window below.
