south of Christ Church

Dwarf walls, 2 gate piers west, 4 gate piers to south, and one pier to south-east
of Christ Church. Late C18/early C19. Sandstone ashlar. Walls: pecked chamfered
coping, from which railings have been removed,to low wall. Piers to south: carriage
and pedestrian entrances of 2 tall and 2 flanking slightly lower piers of
rusticated ashlar with plinths, cornices and ball finials. Piers to east: carriage
entrance in similar style, but unrusticated. Lower pier to south-east terminates
church yard wall: horizontally-placed console on pilaster at east side.
