Cottage. Late C18/early C19; C19 lean-to on left. Regular coursed ironstone.
Cement slate roof; old brick end stacks. L-plan, with wing on left to rear. 2
storeys; 3-window range. Part-glazed flush 6-panelled door. Simple hood. Late
C20 casements. Blocked central window. Painted wood lintels throughout. Lean-to
addition to left. One-storey-and-attic wing to rear. Included for group value.
