Circa 1860. 1 storey L plan. Gable end tiled roof. Gable end to front.
Stock brick and flint in bands. Stone quoins. 3 light stone framed,
transomed window with drip mould over, below gable to front. Entrance set
back in shout east wing, ledged door, 4 centred arch with panelled stone spandrel
and drip mould over, West side has 3 3 light stone mullioned windows wit
drip moulds. On ridge of roof tall stone octagonal chimney with splayed cap.

All Saints School forms a group with All Saints Church.
