House, mid C19. Coursed squared stone in black mortar. Ashlar
limestone plinth, quoins and dressings. Hipped slate roof. 2-
storey and cellar. 3 bays, 2 rooms deep. Side stacks. Later
extension to right. Central arch-headed rusticated doorcase with
4-panel door and radial fanlight. 16-pane sashes with ashlar
architraves and sills. Plat band. Wide eaves.
