No's 28 and 29

Late C17 or early C18. Altered. 2$ storeys. No 28 three windows, No 29 now
has only one window on each floor. Painted brick, formerly of 2 storeys only
as can be seen from the overlapped courses over 1st floor which have been built
upon. New early C19, overlapped brick eaves cornice higher up. Pantile roof.
2 dormers, No 28 tripartite with glazing bar sashes. No 28 has late glazing
sash windows on 1st floor; No 29 has a wide modern casement window. Modern
shop fronts. Cross gabled at rear. Central through passage leads to the Wasp's
Nest Yard.
