Methodist chapel and cellar dwellings, now Library. Early
Cl9. Stone with slate roof. One storey with basement 2 x 2
bays. Top cornice and pediment. Windows have flat surrounds
and are sashed with glazing bars. Entrance in left return.
Plain iron area railings.
