Cottage orné. Dated 1859. Stone with timbered 1st floor and slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Floor with Tudor style doorway, a 3-light pointed arched window in projecting wing, and a stone-mullioned bay window. Upper storey with oriel windows, steep gables and pierced ornamented bargeboards; stone chimneys and panelled chimney breasts. Garden front modernised.
