Farmhouse, now house. Mid C18. Hammer-dressed watershot
stone with graduated stone slate roof. 2-unit plan with 2
storeys and C20 lean-to extension to right, left and rear.
Quoins. 3, 4 and 2-light ground floor windows and 3 and 4-
light first floor windows all with double-chamfered cavetto-
moulded mullions. Rendered gable chimney stacks. Rendered
gables. Right gable with 2-light windows. 2 and 3-light
windows to rear.
