Pair of semi-detached villas. Early C19. Stucco. 4 storeys. 2
windows each plus recessed entrance extensions, No.13A of 2
storeys, No.14, 3 storeys. Round-arched, architraved doorways
with patterned fanlights and panelled doors. Windows in
shallow round-arched recesses rising the full height of the
house. 1st floor French windows with continuous cast-iron
bracketed balcony with lattice work and canopy with enriched
pelmet. 2nd & 3rd floor recessed sashes. No.14, 1st floor
extension window a segmental headed tripartite sash.
INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached low
brick garden walls with cast-iron railings.
