Pair of semidetached villas. Mid C19. Stucco. Slate hipped roof to eaves. 2
storeys and basement, each house 2 windows wide. Pilastered entrances, square
headed, to outer bays. Square headed margin glazed architraved sashed windows,
with pedimental cornices to ground floor windows. Bracketed eaves. Part of
unusually complete surviving scheme.
