Detached house. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate hipped roof to eaves. 2 storeys and
basement. 2 windows wide plus 1 storey wing to left with pilastered and corniced
entrance; panelled door. Square headed architraved sashed windows, some glazing
bars. Cornices to ground floor windows, right hand window tripartite and
pedimented. Cast iron balcony to ground floor. Part of unusually complete
surviving layout.
