Row of houses. Mid C19. Stucco. 4 storeys, attic and basement. Each house 2
windows wide. Channelling to ground floor. Projecting fluted Doric porches with
triglyph friezes across whole width of ground floor Panelled doors, continuous
first floor bombe balcony. Square-headed windows, architraved above ground
floor; corniced to first floor. Sashes, plate glass. French casements to first
floor (to Westbourne Crescent metal framed). No 28 with full height
three-quarter corner bow window. Console cornice above third floor. Subsidiary
cornice to attic. Cast iron area railings.
