Terraced town house, altered as flats with shop. c.1800 Portman Estate
development, on east approach to Manchester Square; altered mid C.20.
Stuccoed; concealed slate roof. 5 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide
with 2-window full height segmental bow flanking left hand window. Stone
mid C.20 neo-Georgian shop front with bracketed fascia and segmental bowed
display window. Upper floors have square headed recessed sashes, most
retaining glazing bars. Plain 3rd floor sill band carried over from No. 11
q.v. Crowning stone cornice. Interior altered for flats. Included for
group value only.
