Estate cottage. Mid C19. 2 storeys. Rubble flint, with rusticated red brick
quoins and dressings and black glazed pantiled roof. 2 chimney-stacks, one on
the rear wall. The south end of the cottage has a 3-light casement window to
the ground storey, with 2 similar windows to upper storey, all with arched
tracery to the lights. The north end is a slightly later addition, with a 3-
light casement window to each storey in surround with arched head. Plank door.
