Terrace house. Early C18 and a pair with No. 23. Refaced stock brick with further repair after World War II; tiled roof. 3 storeys. 2 windows wide. Mid C20 shop front to ground floor. Upper floors retain recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches. Parapet with coping. Interior not seen. Included for group interest only.
