House. Early/mid C19. Yellow brick; stucco to ground floor. Three storeys,
attic in mansard and basement. Three windows wide. Symmetrical. Central arched
doorway with fanlight and C20 panelled doors. Square gauged headed sashed
windows. Glazing bars. Some rebuilding. Bow window to right hand return.
Wrought iron area railings. Adjoins 1-8 Trevor Street but forms part of Trevor
Square (qv).
