Early C19. Stock brick with white stone coped parapet and white stone band above
ground floor. 3 storeys and basement, 4 windows, those of ground floor round
arched. All sashes with glazing bars. Round arched door with fanlight and 6
panelled door. Area railings.

The iron railings and paved roadway of Wapping Pier Head form a group with
Nos 1 to 15 (consec) and No 4½, Town of Ramsgate Public House, Oliver's Wharf
and this section of the wall and entrance to London Docks, and 4 Bollards,
Wapping Old Stairs, Wapping High Street.
