Mid C19. Stock brick warehouse with cornice and panelled blocking course above.
5 storeys, 15 bays to Back Church Lane, Gowers Walk and 8 bays on Hooper Street.
Usually 2 window bays then a door rank on each facade. Some ground floor windows
altered, rest have segmental heads and glazing bars. Brick pilasters between
windows, top windows blank.

New Loom House and Chandlery House form a group with the wool warehouse at No 74 Ellen Street.
