Early-mid C19 cottage of 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Stock brick with
plain parapet (original cornice lost). Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows
with glazing bars in stucco-lined reveals. Eight stone steps, with wrought and
cast iron railings, to door terrace. Door of 6 flat panels with reeded quadrant
pilasters, cornice head and plain fanlight.
