Detached house, now two properties. Dated 1891. Designed by James Ransome. Red
brick. Pitched tiled roof to eaves. 2 storeys plus dormers. 3 bays. Entrance
in projecting porch to right with Dutch gable and segmental headed entrance; square
headed windows. Left bay separated from others by Large stack quadrant arched to
its left side and with fire window to right; stack terminating in four tapering
outlets. Shaped gable above left bay. Windows square headed, mainly 3-light.
Central 6-light window to ground floor, corniced with gable to centre with parget-
ting, and date. Original timber frames replaced by aluminium. 2 storey. 1 bay
attached wing to right with Dutch gable; garage entrance.
