Houses. 1777. Four storeys, basements and dormers. Two windows. Brown brick; stucco ground floor. Red gauged flat arches to windows. First floor with continuous iron balconies. Arched entrances. WI railings. No 93 - LCC tablet commemorating birthplace of Mrs Gaskell in 1810. (Survey of London, Vol IV).
