Technical Institute or School of Arts and Crafts designed also by L C C
Architects Department in 1905-6. Brown and black brick and tile. 2 main
storeys and roof storey. Main block, 3 storeys. 4 bay centre with 2 and
3-bay gabled wings set forward to left and right. Mullion and transom
windows.5 bay block set forward to left with 2 right bays under gable.
