1/106 Lerwell Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Circa 1870-1880. Unrendered stone rubble with brick dressings. Hipped
slate roof, with brick stacks at each end, that to left reduced in height and
rendered.
Symmetrical 2 front rooms and central stairhall plan, 2 rooms deep. Service wing of
2 storeys to rear right side creating overall L-shaped plan.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window range. C19 fenestration intact, all hornless 16-
paned sashes with cambered brick lintels and quoins. Gabled slate roof to brick and
stone rubble porch, extended forward in C20. 6-panelled inner door, the upper 3
panels glazed.
Interior. C19 joinery intact.
