4/161 Wood Farmhouse

G.V. II

Farmhouse. C17, altered C19. Coursed limestone rubble with
ashlar quoins and dressings. Pantile roof with raised stone
coped gables, with single gable and ridge moulded ashlar stacks,
gable stack has brick top. Single storey with attics, irregular
5 bay front, having central half glazed door with to left a small
fixed light and a 2 light casement with flat arched lintel. To
right, single, 3 and 2 light windows having plain casements and
wooden lintels. In the roof 3 raking dormers with 2 light
casements and rendered cheeks.
