The Rectory and Rectory Cottage (formerly listed as No 18)

House and attached cottage. Late C18 and C19 and C20 alterations.
Coursed rubble and brick with slate roof. 3 ridge and 2 gable stacks,
with a coped gable and kneelers to the west. Brick dentilated eaves.
The rectory, to the right, has a projecting flat roofed porch with 4
panel door, flanked by single glazing bar sashes, beyond to the right 2
sliding sashes, and beyond to the left a plain sash. Above 3 glazing bar
sashes, with to the right a sliding sash and to the left a gabled
through-eaves dormer with glazing bar sash. The cottage to the left has
a projecting C20 gabled porch with 6 panel door, and to the left 2
sliding sashes with glazing bars. Above a narrow window flanked by
single sliding sashes also with glazing bars, all these windows have
painted wooden lintels.
