Coursed squared ironstone, hipped slate roof, brick lateral stacks.
Double-depth plan. 2-storey, 3-window range.
Cereal gabled stone porch with Segmental-arched head to doorway.
C19 horned sash windows to ground and 1st floor left to right with flat-
arched brick heads and rendered key blocks.
1-light window to 1st floor centre with wood lintel.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
