Milepost. Mid C19. Cast iron, painted white, with raised black lettering.
Triangular post, stopped below upper panel. Inscribed: 'CASTLE DONINGTON
PARISH, TAMWORTH 23 MILES, NOTTINGHAM 12 MILES'. Small oval plaque on stop has
obscured lettering recording the makers to have been Wootton Bros of Coalville.
