House, c.1800. Squared sandstone with stone slate roof. Two storeys, two bays. Windows sashed with glazing bars and plain stone surrounds. The right-hand ground-floor window is tripartite with square mullions, the left-hand one of two lights with square mullion. The door, between bays, has a plain stone surround. To its left there is evidence for a second, blocked, opening. Shaped stone gutter brackets, and end chimneys.
