Circa 1850 possibly by Samuel Beazley. Consists of a 2 storey lodge built of red
brick with grey headers. Slate roof. Gabled ends with plain bargeboards. Simple
sashes with verticals only. Round headed doorcase. Attached to the north-west
is a brick clock tower of red brick slightly tapering towards the summit. The
top stage is of yellow brick and has a triple opening on each side and a pyramidal
cap with finial. Rusticated base. Modern extension on ground floor.
