House. C16, clad late C17. Timber framed and clad with red brick with
plain tiled roof. Two storeys and basement on plinth with plat band and
hipped roof with stacks to left, to right and at end right. One segmental
headed glazing bar sash to left, 3 cross windows, 1 wooden casement and
glazing bar sash to right, both in C18 extension, on first floor. Glazing
bar sash, 2 cross windows and 2 wooden casements on ground floor. Half-
glazed door to centre left with segmental hood on iron brackets. Basement
openings to left, centre and to right. Rear elevation. 1 hipped and tile
hung wing and 1 wing with shaped gable. Interior: reported heraldic
glass dated 1561 (see - Igglesden vol. 18, p64).
