8/72 Barn at Bremhill Field Farm,
about 40m east of Hill Farmhouse

Barn, possibly C15 or earlier, timber-frame clad in weatherboard
with corrugated iron roof and gabled north cart entry. Four bay
interior of which the end bays are added or rebuilt. Two main bays
have full cruck trusses to double purlin roof. From west, first
cruck truss has single collar, second has main collar and upper
collar and third has collar but upper part of truss has been
destroyed. This truss has signs of having been formerly the end
wall. Added end bays were once half-hipped.
