list. C18, 3 storey 1 window building. Painted brick walls, flush stone
quoins, plinth. C19 Neo Tudor shopfront. Wall to left hand side facing
Gerrard Street has lower half of stone. Hipped roof of well weathered
tiles. Good "Adam" type fireplace in front room of ground floor. Double
first floor flush sash under lintel and keystone. Semi-circular second
floor casement with glazing bars. Includes No 2 Gerrard Street.
