Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Frankton Grounds.
Farmhouse. Early C19. Flemish bond brick with string course bands and dentil
cornice. Slate roof; brick end stacks. T-plan, with double-span range to rear. 3
storeys; 3-window range. Symmetrical front. Mid/late C19 chamfered fielded
6-panelled door has overlight with glazing bars and small wood hood on simple
brackets. 3-light and central 2-light casements have horizontal glazing bars, 2
to ground floor, and brick segmental arches to ground and first floors.
Interior: straight flight staircase has stick balusters. Room to left noted as
having open fireplace.
