SO 33 NE TURNASTONE CP -

3/126 Barn about 70 yards south
west of Turnastone Court
- Farmhouse

GV II

Barn. Probably late C18. Finely coursed rubble, brick, asbestos roof.
Four bays aligned east/west with contemporary lean-to extension to north
side of western bay and C19 brick extension on opposite side. Full-height
ledged doors to threshing floor one bay from east end. Interior: each truss
next to threshing floor consists of cross beam just above ground level support-
ing central post and 2 symmetrically placed curved braces to tie-beam which
carries queen struts.
