Farmhouse. Probably C18. Local stone coursed rubble with ashlar dressing; Welsh slate roof between coped gables; brick
end chimney stacks. Rectangular plan: North section an addition. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bay gabled South elevation,
Plain ashlar mullioned windows with labels, 3-light below and 2-light above, with cast iron small pane casements;
matching circular windows with semi-circular labels and radial glazing to gable; central door with plain surround and
label, with wide 6-panel door, glazed toplight, possibly formerly a pair. Matching windows to sides. Interior not
seen.
