Detached cottage. Late C18/early C19, modified. Ham stone, cut and squared facade, coursed rubble sides and rear; Welsh
slate roof, with stone slate base courses, between stepped coped gables; brick chimney stack to north-west. Two
storeys, 2 bays. Bay 1 has 3-light plain slightly chamfered mullioned windows, and first floor bay 2 a 3-light beaded
mullioned window in architrave, all windows fitted with louvred shutters. To lower bay 2 a pair of studded boarded
garage doors. In north-west gable a loft door, and a blocked doorway in south-east gable - entrance now to rear.
Interior not seen.
