Cottage. Late C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber framed
with painted brick infill and red brick additions; machine tile roof.
Original 2-cell plan extended by one bay to left in mid-C19. 2 storeys.
Framing: square panels, 3 from cill to wall-plate with right gable end
rebuilt in early C20 red brick. C20 windows. 2 paired to centre with
one directly above below eaves; another to left of boarded door to right
under C19 gabled timber porch. 4-panel door (top panels now glazed)
under late C19 gabled brick porch at junction between C17 and C19 parts,
with mid-C20 casement to ground floor of addition. Red brick ridge
stack roughly to centre of C17 part and integral end stack to C19 addition.
