Stucco; 2 storeys; 3 sash windows in moulded architraves with cornice hoods on consoles; quoins at sides; moulded cornice at first floor; pilaster doorcase with semi-circular head and fanlight; entablature and cornice; ground storey windows altered; plain frieze inscribed "Bank for Savings"; modillion cornice and blocking course.
