SJ 52 NE MORETON CORBET C.P. BESFORD

GV II

Coach house and stable block, now partly garaging. Late C18. Red
brick with plain tile roof. Long range at right angles to road. Two
storeys. Dentil brick eaves cornice and parapeted gable ends. Central
boarded loft door (possibly inserted) and circular pitching eye to
right. Ground-floor segmental-headed stable door to left flanked by
segmental-headed 2-light windows, central boarded sliding door with
segmental-headed window to right, and coach house to right with pair
of large boarded doors in depressed archway. Dovecote in apex of
right-hand gable end with 3 tiers of openings; left-hand gable end with
segmental-headed window on each floor (that on first floor blocked) and
dovecote in apex with 6 tiers of openings. Interior not inspected.
