Late C18 to C17 timber frame. Stucco; 3 storeys; 2 splayed bay windows tiered
over 3 storeys having original sash windows to 2nd storey, altered glazing
bars to 1st storey, and modern leaded lights to ground storey; plain square-headed
wood doorcase; plain semi-circular headed doorway on left to passage, which
has exposed timber frame at side and above; boarded soffit eaves; old tiles;
good iron inn sign-bracket with painted modern sign. Interior generally altered
but retaining exposed ceiling beams and some timber-framing.
