GV II

Farmhouse, now house. 1723 on datestone and mid C19. Coursed squared limestone
with ashlar dressings; Welsh-slate roof with ashlar stacks. Probable
central-stair plan with rear outshut and added bay. 2 storeys. Symmetrical
5-window front of earlier section has tall 12-pane C19 sashes with ashlar flat
arches, and has a central doorway with overlight below a large stone canopy
carried on Tuscan columns which is probably C19. Wide added bay to left,
breaking forward slightly, has a large tripartite sash with keyblock flat arch
at each floor. Steep-pitched roofs have gable parapets. Stacks flank earlier
section. Stones flanking the middle window are inscribed "B/RA" and "1723".
