GV II

House. Early C18. Flint rubble with brick dressings; brick to sides; flint,
chalk and reused C16 brick to rear. Old tile roof; brick stacks. 2-unit plan. 2
storeys and attic; 3-window range. Segmental brick arches over C18 plank door
with cast-iron mid C19 porch, and flanking C20 three-light casements: late C19
two-light first-floor casements. Raised brick storey band; dentilled eaves. C20
roof dormer. Gabled roof; symmetrical end external stacks. Interior not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
